SHOPPING CART

Currently we use PayPal shopping cart to complete our check out process.This however does not require you to have a PayPal account. PayPal is just our company we use to process our online transactions. You can complete your purchase and fund it with most major credit cards or e-checks. Don't have a PayPal account, at check out simply opt to continue without logging in, on the left hand side.

 

PRE-PAYMENT REQUIRED ON ALL ORDERS

SpeedTactics requires that ALL orders be pre-paid including back-ordered items. That way we can assure that you receive a back-ordered or out of stock item is if the item is pre-paid.

 

OUT OF STOCK & BACK ORDER ITEMS

On any items ordered that are not in stock or not available for shipping Speedtactics will ship the order when it becomes available unless you request to cancel the order or refund the order.

 

RETURNS

All returns must include your original receipt and state the reason for the return. Once the return has been received and inspected we will credit back your account for the purchase price only not the shipping. For an exchange we request you select your exchange item and complete a new purchase. Once the exchange part is received back to our warehouse and inspected we will refund you on your order. Damaged or modified product will not be refunded. All refunds can be subject to a 20% restocking fee. We will pay for shipping from our wharehouse to you only, not on the return items.

 

PICK UP

Our business is strictly online orders only to keep our prices competitive. For that reason we do not offer pick ups of any orders or have a retail store. Suggest your local retailer to stock our parts.

 

SHIPPING

Shipping in most cases is done within 24 hours of ordering. Orders on Saturday and Sunday ship on Mondays. Our cut off time for shipping the same day is noon pst, orders after that time are shipped the following day. Shipping is done currently through USPS. Our economy selection is USPS first class mail or parcel post depending on weight 3-7 days. Priority option is USPS priority mail 2-3 days, and our expedited feature is express mail 1-2 days. Additional shipping charges will be added for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, all US territories, APO and FPO military addresses as they require a US Customs declaration form and are considered international by the US Postal service and all other countries. For an estimate, please go through the online ordering process and checkout (you will see the shipping amount before giving payment information) Insurance is optional and for your protection.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Additional shipping charges will be added for any order outside the contiguous United States. This amount is calculated during the checkout process. For an estimate, please go through the online ordering process and checkout (you will see the shipping amount before giving payment information). Please allow approximately 5 extra business days to process your international order. Insurance is optional and for your protection. Due to national and international laws we can not ship our fire extinguishers out of the continental USA.

 

SPEEDTACTICS WARRANTY COVERAGE

Each Speedtactics part is covered under warranty for a period of 3 years from date of purchase. The warranty only covers defects in workmanship and materials. Speedtactics will repair or replace the defective part at our judgment. Product will be returned to you postage paid within a period of 30 days. Speedtactics product must be accompanied by the receipt and a letter describing the problem with the return address information.

 

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

Normal wear and tear. Damage or misuse of the product due to improper installation repairs or maintenance. Any labor cost associated with the installation and or removal of parts. Any incidental parts that may be used in installation and or removal. Any modifications and or alteration done to the parts or vehicles. Any hardware used for installations and or removal, including any supplied hardware. Repairs to Speedtactics parts done by unauthorized persons or companies. Cost for vehicle down time or loss of vehicle use due to in-operability. The finish of the products is subject to elements and therefore may fade over time. Any shipping charges incurred to ship the product back for repair/replacement.
